Terms & Conditions: $100 OFF Promotional Coupon
1. Eligibility & Issuance
- Distribution: This $100 coupon is issued to patients who schedule an appointment at any Somos Dental & Orthodontics location in Arizona or Texas during the month of January 2026.
- Limit: Limit one (1) coupon per patient.
2. Redemption Period
- Coupons are valid for use starting from the date of issuance through December 31, 2026.
- Coupons presented after this date will be considered void and will not be honored.
3. Usage Restrictions & Exclusions
To ensure the sustainability of our discounted rates, the following restrictions apply:
- Non-Combinable: This coupon cannot be combined with any other active promotions, discounts, or special offers.
- Exclusion of “Pay in Full” Packages: This discount cannot be applied to any “Pay in Full” discount packages. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Crowns (Pay in Full)
- Deep Cleanings (Pay in Full)
- Orthodontic Appliances: This coupon does not apply to the purchase of orthodontic appliances, including but not limited to retainers and replacement parts.
- No Cash Value: This coupon has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be applied to past balances or previous treatments.
4. How to Redeem
- The physical or digital coupon must be presented at the time of payment or check-out.
- The $100 credit will be applied toward the total cost of qualifying dental or orthodontic services.
5. Management Rights
- Somos Dental & Orthodontics reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel these terms and conditions, or the promotion itself, at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to the terms will be effective immediately and may be posted on our website or available upon request at our office locations.
