Duties & Responsibilities 

• • Discuss all treatment options and prepare financial arrangements with patients utilizing Carecredit, Greeensky and In-house financing. 
  • Enter and track patient treatment plans in computer system; example TC Log and ortho bonds. 
  • Be knowledgeable in various insurance plans, exclusions, and limitations. 
  • Ensure that all forms for acceptance predeterminations have been submitted and patients have been notified of status and their financial responsibilities.

Qualifications 

• • Front office dental experience minimum 2 years.  
  • Previous experience in a Treatment Coordinator/Insurance Specialist role preferred. 
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Team player
  • Computer literate a must (OpenDental a plus). 
  • Bilingual Spanish is a must.
