Promotion Terms and Conditions:
"Back to School with a Smile"

This promotion is valid exclusively from July 1, 2026, to August 15, 2026, or while supplies of the promotional items (backpacks with school supplies) last, whichever comes first.

  • Location: Valid solely and exclusively at participating clinics in Phoenix.
  • Required Action: To qualify and receive the benefits, the patient must formally begin their orthodontic braces treatment within the specified promotional period.
  • Insurance Restriction: Any special pricing or promotional benefits do not apply if the patient uses dental insurance to cover the treatment.

Each patient who meets the eligibility requirements will receive:

  1. One (1) School Kit: Consisting of a backpack containing select school supplies. (Available while supplies last).
  2. One (1) Raffle Ticket: A ticket to participate in a drawing to win an iPad.

  • Strictly limited to one (1) raffle ticket per patient, regardless of the type or cost of the braces treatment initiated.
  • There will be only one (1) winner per clinic/location.
  • The drawing date, rules, and iPad delivery details will be communicated directly by the clinic staff at the time of enrollment.

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other current offers, discounts, or promotions.
  • Prizes and benefits (backpack, supplies, and raffle ticket) are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other dental services.
  • Other restrictions may apply. The clinic reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, with timely notice provided to participants.
